If you realize you left an item behind after your visit, please email us a precise description of the lost item, along with your name, mailing address, email address, phone number and the date of your visit. Before your visit, please plan ahead and either leave irreplaceable items at home or label them with your contact information. During your visit, observe signage directing you to secure all loose items before riding. Be sure to contact us with Lost & Found information within two weeks of your visit. Please note that we do not save items such as socks and underwear, personal baby items (such as bottles, pacifiers and sippy cups), unmarked film canisters, unmarked disposable cameras, personal toiletry items, and hair accessories.
